Released on Mello Music Group, Marlowe is a triumph of ambition, a rap bricolage blending prohibition and civil rights-era samples with Asian psychedelic rock flourishes. Today we're pleased to release the instrumentation behind the 2018 standout album from L'Orange & Solemn Brigham. With dazzling cinematic mise en scene, L’Orange crafts a world that sounds like an old-time medicine show dropped into 90s Brooklyn. Cymbals crash, drums pound, fuzzy guitars ride out, a bronze rain of horns cascade.

Love the dusty samples and historical vocals Holiday provides. Being a rapper I'm gonna have to say Lost Souls is the hardest hitting on the track but the whole tape is amazing! viktorharterlikes

WOW!!! It's been a long time since I've listened to an album and enjoyed EVERY SONG on it from START TO FINISH!!!! I chose PROVE ME WRONG as my favorite track but 6 other songs like THE FORMULA and People's Champ could have also been chosen as my favorite. I am going to buy two CD copies as a way to make sure I always have it in my collection. GRAND SALUTE to OC with the SUPERDOPE LYRICISM and APOLLO BROWN with the SUPERDOPE PRODUCTION. Michael Holt
